Palm Canyon Drive   

Once thought as a weekend getaway for the hollywood elite is now an oasis for all. One of those elite was the late Sonny Bono who came up with the idea of having a festival every week. Held every Thursday night, the Palm Springs Village festival is held year-round from 6-10pm. Palm Canyon Drive is sealed off to traffic and is open to pedistrians where they will find fruit stands, local restaurant samplings, live music and the "Walk of Stars" which is home to over 250 celebraties who have lived in or contributed to Palm Springs.

When done with the Festival, head down to El Paseo. Known as the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert the El Paseo shopping district is home to clothing boutiques, jewelers, restaurants, art galleries and so much more. While in Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, or any of the Desert Area there is always something to do from an eary morning Tee-time, to an afternoon of shopping.
